Seedpod Creative Arts Studio
Combining Psychotherapy and the Creative Arts
Welcome to Seedpod Creative Arts Studio
Hi, Iām Briony Tronson, a registered Creative Arts Therapist (AThR) based in Melbourne (Naarm) , on Wurundjeri land. I founded Seedpod Creative Arts Studio with the intention of providing a creative and inclusive space, where people would feel welcome.
Through creative process and therapeutic support- I believe people have the potential to find new insights, and integrate them within their lives. At Seedpod, I honour self-expression and you as a whole person. .
Seedpod Creative Arts Studio welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, genders, sexualities, bodies, abilities and neurodiverse experiences
Professional Arts Therapy Services
Through Seedpod Creative Arts Studio, I offer one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals who are seeking to explore their mental health and lived experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space. I also provide group workshops in partnership with organisations, using processes that encourage insight, connection and wellbeing.
As a therapist I value meeting people where they are and working together collaboratively and supportively. This person-centred approach remains the foundation of all my therapeutic work. My practice is strength-based, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed.
Sessions take place in my welcoming studio in Northcote, and outreach services are available within a 20-minute radius, depending on availability. Learn more about Creative Arts Therapy.
