Group Arts Therapy Work

Briony Tronson facilitates trauma-informed, arts-based workshops and group therapy sessions for organisations supporting women, older adults, and individuals navigating complex life experiences. Her group work is process-oriented, inclusive and grounded in emotional safety. In this work, Briony centres creativity as a way for people to engage with the artmaking process, maintain choice and agency and connect with others in meaningful ways.

Between 2021–2025, Briony has facilitated and co-facilitated group programs through Seedpod Creative Arts Studio, as well as under contract with aligned organisations. She began this work during her postgraduate clinical training and has since developed her own independent group offerings.
