Welcome to Seedpod Creative Arts Studio

Hi, I’m Briony Tronson, a registered Creative Arts Therapist (AThR) and Counsellor (PACFA) based in Melbourne (Naarm) , offering in-person sessions from consulting rooms in Thornbury and outreach appointments within the inner north.  I founded Seedpod Creative Arts Studio with the intention of providing a creative and inclusive space where people feel welcome. I work with individuals navigating trauma, CPTSD, neurodivergence, and complex life experiences.

Seedpod Creative Arts Studio offers professional, trauma-informed arts therapy, grounded in postgraduate training, regular clinical supervision, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s experience. Sessions are guided with careful attention to emotional and nervous system safety, and paced collaboratively, with a focus on regulation, consent, and meeting each person where they are - particularly when working with trauma.

Through creative process and therapeutic support- I believe people have the potential to find new insights, and integrate them within their lives, in meaningful and sustainable ways. At Seedpod, I honour self-expression and you as a whole person.

Seedpod Creative Arts Studio welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, genders, sexualities, bodies and abilities, and people of all neurotypes.

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I also engage in a separate creative and reflective body of work exploring art, ecology, and myth through Liminal Wilds (www.liminalwilds.com.au.)

Who I Work With

I support adults navigating:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional dysregulation

  • Trauma or complex trauma (CPTSD)

  • Late-identified neurodivergence, or exploring ND

  • Periods of transition, grief, or loss

  • Identity exploration and self-understanding

  • Disconnection from creativity, or a longing for self-expression

  • A desire for a grounded, relational therapeutic space

  • An interest in creative, body-based, or somatic exploration

I also have experience supporting adults living with complex trauma, psychosocial disability, chronic illness, ABI, bipolar presentations, and other long-term mental health experiences

Professional Arts Therapy Services

At Seedpod Creative Arts Studio,  I offer one-on-one Creative Arts Therapy sessions for individuals who are seeking to explore their mental health and lived experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space. I also provide group workshops in partnership with organisations, using processes that encourage insight, connection and wellbeing.

As a therapist I value meeting people where they are and working together collaboratively and supportively. This person-centred approach remains the foundation of all my therapeutic work. My practice is strength-based, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed.

In-person sessions are currently offered from consulting rooms at Melbourne Integrated Therapies in Thornbury, with outreach appointments also available within Melbourne’s inner north depending on availability
