Dreamwork for Creative Arts Therapists - Professional Development
The Dreamwork for Creative Arts Therapists pilot PD wrapped up in August, 2025 with some very encouraging feedback! I am refining the format into a two-session workshop (spaced 1–2 weeks apart) for early 2026 in Naarm/Melbourne.
What we will explore (brief):
Phenomenological and transpersonal lenses for dreamwork in Creative Arts Therapy
Somatic tracking of symbols and embodied/sensory mapping
Creative methods: symbolic image-making, dream-figure dialogue, gentle dream re-entry through guided visualisation
Trauma-informed framing and facilitation tips that you can use in practice
Format:
Small group (max 6)
All materials provided
Two x 3.5–4 hr sessions, spaced 1–2 weeks apart (TBC)
